Cancellation of orders only allowed before order is processed by YOU ME CO SDN BHD. Customer need to contact YOU ME CO SDN BHD immediately for any order cancellation refund requests in order for us to attend to the subject matter promptly.


 Return / Refund /  Replacement Policy

All YOU ME CO SDN BHD products are backed with after-sales services. All goods sold are non-refundable nor returnable except for the below condition :

  • Youme Grains guarantees to all there’s no offensive gamy smell of Goat’s milk. If any customer tasted any

mutton/goat’s gamy smell from Youme Grains, please contact YOU ME CO SDN BHD

  • For such situation, customer is required to contact YOU ME CO SDN BHD immediately after not more than 3 sachets try of the product. YOU ME CO SDN BHD does not attend to any requests which comes to us after more than 3 sachets of product consumption.
